Benefits are more than a safety net
They give you tools to prepare for the future, and serve as a road map to prevent illness, stay healthy, feel secure, and maintain health and wellbeing
Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is committed to providing our employees with a quality benefits package for you and your family to help you stay healthy, feel secure and maintain a good work/life balance.
As we transition to new ownership under KPS Capital Partners, we want you to be well-informed on what this means for your benefits package. The good news is that our offerings to you will remain consistent in 2022 and your premiums and deductibles remain unchanged.
Your original elections will stay the same and we will auto-enroll you in the new plans. This is not an opportunity to change your benefits.
We will switch to some new vendors, which means you can expect to receive communications and new ID cards beginning in May in the mail. In addition, we will have a new Benefitsolver website www.myOBEbenefits.com and Member Service Center number 888-907-1440. For more resources regarding ID cards, please click HERE for more information.
As we transfer your member information for auto-enrollment, there will be a blackout period for some vendors. Please take note of these dates and plan accordingly by reading more details in the specific benefits section on this website.
Below is a high-level summary of vendor changes:
|Benefit||Vendors||New ID Card||Blackout Period|
|Medical||Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas NEW!||Yes||No|
|Pharmacy||Prime Therapeutics NEW!||Yes||No|
|Employee Assistance Program||Magellan NEW!||N/A||No|
Please note that your current Benefitsolver member website under CRH will have a blackout period from April 22 to April 30. You will be able to view your benefits during this time, but you will not be able to conduct any transactions.
For new enrollment and life event situations that occur in this timeframe, please reach out to your local HR Team for guidance.
