OBE Innovation Center, A Hub for Collaboration   

For over 30 years, we’ve led the way innovating processes, products and solutions in the glazing industry. Soon, the new OBE Innovation Center will be home to these activities. Featuring a world class testing facility, collaboration space and user experience lab, the Innovation Center will serve as the gateway to the OBE campus in Terrell, Texas, where our largest extrusion facility is located.

Every aspect of the Innovation Center has been purposefully designed to be a hub for collaboration. It will put our team of experts and our community of customers—architects, glaziers, contractors, suppliers, and academia—in position to make new discoveries and spur new discussions. Our research and product teams will observe how customers interface with products, conduct real-time testing, hold panel discussions, and even participate in learning sessions with architects to help pioneer the next generation of glazing solutions.

In addition, we’ve been an active part of the local community for decades and the Innovation Center will provide more opportunity to support science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) education and promote the STEM careers our industry offers.
