Oldcastle Glass® acquires the Floral Glass Group of Companies

Santa Monica, CA – August 2, 2004 – Oldcastle Glass® is pleased to announce the acquisition of the Floral Glass Group of Companies, the leading fabricator and distributor of architectural glass products and services to the Northeast U.S. construction and building markets. Floral was founded in 1955 and has three locations in Hauppauge, New York; Cheshire, Connecticut; and East Rutherford, New Jersey. Oldcastle Glass® is the largest independent supplier of architectural glass products and services with more than 40 operating locations throughout North America, including five Canadian operations.
