- Thermal: U-Factor = 0.36, CRF (frame) = 71 (with Solarban 70 Air Filled)
- NFRC simulations and CMAST files available for Title 24 requirements
- Structural: 4’ x 10’ @ 40 PSF per ASTM E330
- Air infiltration: 0.06 cfm/sf at 6.24 PSF
- Water: 8 PSF per ASTM E331
