Santa Monica, CA – February 13, 2009 – Oldcastle Glass^® announced the release of GlasSelect^® 3.0, featuring over 1.25 million product combinations. GlasSelect^® allows you to create your own glass specifications in an instant, all with the click of a mouse.

Available exclusively online at oldcastleglass.com, GlasSelect^® provides visual representations and a calculator that helps architects and specifiers work better and faster, allowing the user to make color choices, product preferences (monolithic, laminated or insulating) and glass types (low-e, standard tint, high-performance tint and reflective) all at their fingertips. And when an architect or specifier enters data in response to the program’s parameters, GlasSelect^® 3.0 can generate product performance data and customized guide specifications. These specs can easily be printed and/or e-mailed to others for reference and discussion.

GlasSelect^® 3.0 offers a new feature for laminated glass, providing users with a choice of interlayer type and interlayer thickness in the Product Builder section. In addition, many options for laminated outboard and inboard lites of an insulating glass unit are integrated into this online tool.
