Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope^® Acquires SIGCO LLC

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope^® (OBE), part of CRH’s Americas Products Division, announced today that it has acquired privately-held SIGCO LLC (“SIGCO”) effective July 6, 2018. SIGCO, based in Westbrook, Maine, is the leading architectural glass and metal fabricator in New England.

SIGCO will operate as SIGCO, a CRH Company, led by Dave McElhinny and the rest of the existing management team.
