Kristin Lane leads the company’s talent acquisition, performance management and succession planning, establishing strong relationships with business partners and supporting the organization’s operational success.
Kristin has more than 25 years of experience in talent management, focusing on the development and implementation of various talent management strategies, tools and processes connected to business strategies. Prior to joining Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope® in 2016, Kristin held senior leadership positions at KPMG, Mervyn’s, The Children’s Place, and JC Penny where she most recently held the role of Vice President of Field Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
Kristin holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
