Ashley Weaver provides leadership and oversight for the company’s Human Resources function. Ashley joined OBE as Director of Talent Management and Human Resources in 2018. Prior to OBE, Ashley held leadership positions with both Tuesday Morning and JCPenney. Ashley holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Dallas.
