Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope® Acquires Certain Assets From Glass Wholesalers, Inc.
DALLAS – (Dec. 17, 2019) – Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope® (OBE), A CRH Company, announced today that it has acquired the assets of Glass Wholesalers, Inc. DBA CristaCurva. Glass Wholesalers, based in Houston, Texas, provides a full range of architectural glass and related products in the southwest market.
